Reviews show up which is the only reason this product gets more than 1 star. My challenge with Yotpo is it's incredibly buggy and you have to constantly work with support. The support team themselves are very kind and work to solve the issue but for how expensive Yotpo is I really don't think it should be as buggy as it is.

It's a great app. Incredibly east to install. I'm currently using the Free Plan for my own business but have used the enterprise level plans with my "day job" and have found the level of support to be just as good whether you're paying or not. It's a great app to grow with - and the price points definitely allow you space to grow in these early days when outgoings far exceed the incomings. I had a question just recently about email triggers and Warly S was able to provide me with excellent help and very quickly.
