Now, speaking of excellent user experiences, gotta mention, "John G" from customer service. We've had our fair share of chat conversations with the customer service team, but John G. stands out with his patience and dedication. His ability to not just hear, but really listen to our issues made all the difference. We had the task of importing 100+ reviews. He patiently guided us through the entire process, ensuring everything went smoothly. And bonus points for taking the extra step of directing us to utilize features we were completely unaware of! Some other agents fell short here, but John G. was a game-changer.
He sent me a Meet link to explain what i had to do. Very kind and useful!!

I had a problem with the widget staying active for some reason. "John B" was able to fix it for me quickly! Thanks so much! Now my customers can actually see that I have reviews.
So this support chat relieved the triple decker stress sandwich I created for myself unknowingly. When I reached out to support via the live chat, and JOHN G, stepped in to assist; he understood what the mistake was I made but assured me he could help. And then in my opinion, put on his Yotpo cape and began to get to the bottom of what needed to happen. He explained it to me but I was confused and didn't hesitate to let him know and he graciously offered to assist and stuck with me until the task was correctly and successfully completed.
I relaunched my site on a new platform and it’s known that reviews are a must have for selling online so JOHN G. being able to get those product reviews onto the new site for me “added years onto to my life” lol, as I told JOHN as much while he was assisting me.
So this twofold moment for me, I offer up for Yotpo to use in future marketing campaigns for the platform; and that is, what a day I choose to give the Yotpo app a try when I had my woo commerce site because I’ve changed platforms but I’m still able to get use of the reviews for the products that received them and even when I could have proverbially have “shot myself in the foot” trying to get the reviews from old site to the new one, the Yotpo support can help turn bad misstep into a good look; because they know they’re product.

Jeorge Kenneth V was very quick and helpful. Had all my questions answered in a matter of minutes and cleared the cache to help speed up the change I needed made.
These guys are amazing. I came to them this morning with a litany of issues and one by one, they swatted them down like a bunch of flies.
