10/9/2022 update: Many thanks to Djan for helping me out with a spacing issue on the star rating on my store. I spend several hour trying to figure it out on my own then reach out to Yotpo and they were as responsive as ever. Yotpo offers amazing customer service. I ran into an issue and someone was there to help me quickly resolve the issue. I would recommend Yotpo to all Shopify store owners who want to help build trust and collect customer feedback to improve their products and service offerings. I signed up with Yotpo and immediately needed help to maximize the app for my shopify store and the Mary Ann from the support team was unbelievably patient and helpful - she sorted everything out for me and did it in a timely manner!

Alient was very patient and eager to assist me with my store. I appreciate his suggestions. We eventually decided my plan was to mature for my store as of now.

I was not getting product reviews from my customers. All of a sudden I received a couple of product reviews through Yotpo. It was easy to install. I had issue transferring reviews fro the old app to yotpo. Yotpo resolved that quickly.

I found it a bit tricky to import reviews and install the app but spoke to Ronel over chat and she helped so much! Really love this platform so far

Although you cant cancel scheduled review requests yourself, you can contact Yotpo support and have them cancel it for you.

I contact Yotpo for support frequently and they've been very helpful.
