The app is really good and customer service with James C. was fantastic. Only a 4 star because I have had bad customer service interactions in the past. If I had James C. everytime it would be a 5. Happy with Yotpo overall.

I installed this app, and made my friends write some reviews. The next day I got my first sale! I'm still playing around with it, but the after purchase and coupon emails seems an amazing tool. Thanks for this app. La recomiendo, está de lujo!

Amazing help from Ruzsel J, who helped me with importing the right reviews for my clients. Yopto is an awesome app. Very happy with the way it works, easy to email and write reviews for clients. I previously used a different app to collect reviews. Almost immediately with switching to Yopto, I started getting more responses. When I contacted Support to connect my reviews to my Facebook page, Junalou quickly helped with all my questions - and she even showed me some tricks that I was missing to make the widget even more effective on my site. I appreciate the "above & beyond" effort!
