The worst customer service. Downloaded this app and uninstalling it just as fast as I did because of the crappy support I just got from Joian Z. You need to do better. Loox works just as fine even better and cheaper. Your prices are not cheap and to get such unhelpful support is a shame.

Yotpo has been an incredible review generation and management tool for our company. We've acquired reviews faster than we ever have before and are able to showcase these reviews across social networking sites and integrate them into our digital marketing strategies. I needed help with a small snippet of code, talked to Junalou from support. He was great and got the issue taken care of in seconds. It took more time for me to explain the issue and to get the answer. Yotpo has be great for displaying our reviews. Manny was a big help in importing our existing reviews that we collected over the past year.
I absolutely love this review app , I prefer it over other review apps I've used in the past. Customer service is amazing, and fast, especially the help I received from help support agent named "Eunice" who responded very quickly when I had an issue. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a review app for their online store.
