We use the free version and we don't think it's limited. It fits it's purpose and is perfect for what we need.

So far in terms of working and basic functionality the app has been great. My only issue really is what other users mentioned, the price to add any of the really good features is unrealistic for most small businesses, and the jump from $25 to $399 is a little steep, but in terms of how it works, the app has definitely been good.

Very happy with Yotpo and would recommend it to any store owner. I am not a tech person but they make everything very easy to instal and the analytics are great!

Easy to integrate, easy to set up. Does exactly what it says. I really like it because it allows us to request reviews from our customers with almost no touch or maintenance, once set up.

Yotpo has been the only way we've been able to get reviews. I love the rich snippets integration too. Definitely one of the first apps I would install if I was starting another shopify store.

I love the Yotpo app. Have been using it for about 8 years now. The support is always very helpful. Special thanks to Jeorge Kenneth V who helped me a lot with an issue I had today.
