Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

Yotpo is our go-to review app for all of our ecommerce websites. With the partnership announcement this year makes Yotpo a no brainer.

I used Yotpo for a store I had a few years ago and loved it! It only made sense to use them for another store I started. Easy to use and quite functional. The app also supports Mandarin! Also, CS team is really supportive and responsive (Gimbert from CS team helped me lots!)

I had left a neutral review today and was subsequently contacted by yotpo regarding my review, I am happy to say that the areas I had concerns with such as the review interaction is now being developed, I was also informed that there are several features for monitoring the review process and am pleased to say we will now be using the service on our shop.

Customer Support is fast and easy to communicate with. They helped me out a lot, from installing to how-to-use it.

Great app! Wish it can be a little more affordable so I can use my reviews and transfer them to Google. Other than that, Ronnel R was very fast and attentive to my needs to install my reviews to my product page. I tried doing it myself but I could't figure it out. He came in and installed it correctly in minutes. Will def be using more of this app for my small business.
