We've been using Yotpo for a couple of weeks now and so far it has been great! We haven't had enough time to see if it's increased conversions but watching the reviews (thankfully good ones!) come in has been really fun to watch! I would definitely recommend this app!

Got helped to install review widgets on the new store theme, one of the support agents really did a good job to manually install them for me and explained what it's for. In the end, my new store looks professional and neat, thanks for her help.

I have just had the best customer service experience from Yotpo. I needed a few things done to move the reviews carousell, to show stars rating somewhere on products page, etc and it was done in a breeze by the support personnel. Helpful, pleasant, quick. Double thumbs up!

Great support through their chat. They work with you on any issues you might have. Also, easy to set up and configure.

We are using this app to get site reviews for our shop that sells cool printed t shirts online .Yotpo is a very convenient way to do it!

Awesome app!!

We've used this app for just a few weeks and have already received dozens of positive reviews. Because we were very concerned about abusing our customers' trust by sending them unsolicited emails requesting a review, we customized our email so there is no question it is from us - and have since asked our first dozen reviewers how they felt about it - not one of them thought it was creepy or spammy, much to our relief. It is really nice to have a way to share the nice things people say about our product and cause.
