We have used Yotpo for nearly 5 years now at the Reinforced Bed company. It has been a valuable investment, generating trust amongst new and existing customers. It is quite an expensive app, but it pays for itself through the extra sales it generates. It also helps creates more traffic to the site through its embedded rich snippets on google's search engine. Plus, it helps us maintain our customer relations in case anything goes wrong.

We've been using Yotpo now for around 2 years, and absolutely love it. The interface is easy to use, the support is excellent, and our customers respond really well to it.

Great customer service with a real human. It would be great to have more design flexibility but for a free plan, it's pretty decent.

Excellent response from Nick! He quickly installed the Yotpo widgets on our new theme, and got our reviews up and running.
Very good functionality. Great customer service, if you get the right person - big ups to Bernard! Downside is the cost. They really need to have more functionality at a more reasonable price - I'm specifically talking about the Google shopping integration etc.
Now they've reviewed their plans and offer all the features on a per order basis I'm re rating this. Glad we don't have to upgrade to the old £400 a month plan. Thanks guys

Simple, easy to use, and effective. Easily publish product reviews to product pages and social media. Definitely recommend.
I cannot think of a reason not to get this app. It's been of great value to us and our customers who can buy with confidence after reading other shopper's feedback. An awesome app run by people who are genuinely wanting to make it as good as it can be.
