They respond to issues, and collect the reviews, but their integration with Meta and other platforms is suspect at best.

From looking at your support ticket about this issue, we already see significant progress with your Meta integration issue that is caused by a very specific complexity of matching between your Yotpo product catalog and your Meta product catalog.

After over a month of trying to import reviews Wendyle got my case and instantly uploaded my reviews into Yotpo. With out exaggerating I spent over 1 month requesting assistance and not a single person was able to help out. Yotpo needs more reps like Wendyle.
