Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

We just added the free version a few weeks ago. But didn't have the time to explore the app, but now that we have it's great. The feature to import reviews is great because those are hard to acquire but I've seen more acquired reviews in a short span of having this app. To top it off they offer exceptional customer support especially Juna who helped resolve my concern in a matter of minutes allowing me to focus on keeping my business running! Will definitely consider adding the premium version soon.

We are using this app for product rating. We run two different shops based on shopify and both shows reviews with Yotpo. But one of the most important issue is having a perfect support if needed. Yotpo provides 24/7 one of the best service we've ever had. I would especially like to mention the personal support from Daniel P. He solved the concerns on Yotpo super competently and quickly.
