Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

Excellent response from Nick! He quickly installed the Yotpo widgets on our new theme, and got our reviews up and running.

Very good functionality. Great customer service, if you get the right person - big ups to Bernard! Downside is the cost. They really need to have more functionality at a more reasonable price - I'm specifically talking about the Google shopping integration etc.

Now they've reviewed their plans and offer all the features on a per order basis I'm re rating this. Glad we don't have to upgrade to the old £400 a month plan. Thanks guys

Jo Lorenz a support agent at Yotpo assisted my with the integration of our reviews into our shopify theme. He was extremely helpful. The support was excellent!

I love how easy it is to set up and the fact that it puts reviews about specific products on the same page as the product so shoppers can see all the comments about the product they're considering without leaving the page or having to read through all the comments to find something about the product they are interested in. Awesome program. I love it.

Really annoying how I can't find installation instructions anywhere

Been using this service on our website for years. We've been very happy with it. I had an issue pop up which they promptly handled for me. They proved that they care about the happiness of their customers.

App seems good so far, I like how I can group my product reviews into catageories.
Some of the self edit formatting options seem to be lacking, however people like Ruzsel J and Jean have customised my CSS for me, which has been very helpful.
