Installed it and settings and dashboard was down. Had no control, so it auto-published some really bad reviews to the site and I couldn't edit or remove - despite having fixed everything with the customer and both of us wanted to change it!
+ the graphical layout was clonky and not to pretty.
Deleted the app, but found it very hard to remove from frontend.
Sorry, not at all a fan.
UPDATE: Since the review and us telling Yotpo we are not interested, the sales representative, has reached out on our live chat to tell us how poorly our sales must be since we do not have many reviews. Further reinforcing our decision to not work with them.
TL:DR Check out Loox. I wasted 3 days trying to make this tool work and should've just went with Loox from the get-go.
Wow, very bad customer service. I signed up excited because of the many companies they work wit, but the product is very limited and they try to push you into an annual package for $8,000. After expressing our limited budget they didn't even bring up the $49 package. Once finding the $49 package for ourselves they said we had over 300 orders and had to upgrade to $299? (this was not the case). After more custom support request they allowed us to proceed.

For our Growth plans (up to 800 orders per month) you can choose from packages ranging from $19 up to $249 a month. For larger businesses, we have custom packages available.

This app sent my pre-order customers an email requesting a review before their orders were even fulfilled. Are you serious? Why would you logically have an app that sends out review requests before that order is even marked as fulfilled? Congrats, you've just pissed off my customers. Would appreciate it if you got in touch with me ASAP to remedy this situation.

It will not load onto my store ...keeps giving me error message. I have emailed for help and no response which is frustrating after seeing other great reviews

Ich habe bereits das L&R Programm von Yotpo, das gefällt mir sehr gut. Nun wollte ich als Ergänzung gerne das Bewertungsprogramm abonnieren, damit ich beide Apps in Ergänzung zueinander habe. Leider ist beim Bewertungsprogramm nicht mal eine einfache Änderung der Texte im Widget möglich. Die deutschen Texte gefallen mir aber gar nicht, es wird "gesiezt", in meinem Shop wird "geduzt" und auch einige andere Sätze hätte ich gerne verändert. Aber dafür muss man tief in die Tasche greifen, da bleibe ich bei meinem jetzigen Bewertungsprogramm, das ist für "kleines Geld" in allen Bereichen anpaßbar. Sehr schade und einige Arbeit und Zeit umsonst investiert. Der Support anwortet schnell, dafür gibt es ein PLUS

How to delete this crap from my store.
I would not add this app again, if given the choice. I initially installed it because it seemed like a fantastic product - and I'm sure it is. My complains are this:
1) They place their logo and link at the top of the review section. I think it makes the store look cheap and unfinished. I'm not happy with it, at all. I feel like they're basically forcing me to barter - their service, for free advertising. Something, I wasn't aware I was agreeing to.
2) When I removed the app from my storefront, it didn't go anywhere. Sure, the benefits of YOTPO were disabled, but the changes made to my theme were still present.
Now, I've reinstalled it, because I'm not comfortable manually removing the code, and if it's going to be there, it should be functional Still - if I could do it all over... I would not have installed it in the first place
I just downloaded it and I'm a bit disappointed that you have to UPGRADE in order to send automatic emails to the customer. I wish I knew this before I downloaded it.
