Sometimes there are challenges to no-code implementation but their support is responsive, for example, Arven assisted me today in implementing Reviews Widget on the Homepage which was a custom modification.

My reviews weren’t showing on my website, possibly due to some changes I’d made. I reached out on a Sunday and Doner fixed the issue immediately. Thanks!

They immediately fixed the issue when I pointed out that the review tag was broken. Additionally, they went above and beyond to resolve other problems as well. I never imagined such an experience was possible through chat. It was one of the best customer service experiences of my life. I sincerely hope that one day it will be available in Japanese.

I was able to get the reviews widget installed without any difficulty. I had quite a bit of trouble getting the reviews tab to show on my home page. It didn't come up as an option in Shopify despite multiple installation attempts. I was able to connect with Doner on the support team who was very knowledgable and was quickly able to resolve the problem on the back end. Much appreciate the timely customer support and quick resolution of this problem.

Gabriel S. was such a great help and made setting up the review widget and star rating widget easy. He did all the work and was even able to move things to different parts of the page and helped with sizing and styling. Yotpo is easy to work with and I've been able to customize my Review widgets to an extent that I wasn't able to with our previous service. The customer service is also amazing. I spoke with Rhenant, and was helped within 5 minutes. So happy we switched over to Yotpo!
