Love using the app so far and now upgraded my account as I'm already starting to see the benefits of using it. The team is so helpful and extremely responsive to any of your queries which is an added bonus to the app - the experience gets better each time I need help! Thank you so much Yotpo team I honestly recommend this app so much. Don was extremely helpful for further updates regarding moving my reviews.

Really good tool. I am satisfied. Every time I need help I receive some. Just like today from Warly.
I used the app to collect reviews on my product page for my on line store that I launch this month. It's really user-friendly. I had problem to collect review from the previous application I used and I contacted the assistance ( Eunice) on the chat and it was really helpfull. I am satisfied ! I had another problem more recently and Radly was very kind and understanding. Yopto has a very good IT support service.
I need it another time for the on site widget and Rhemy helped me ! Thank you Rhemy R :-).

The free version of this app is perfect for a small store like mine. I have been really impressed with the support that I have received any time that I have had an issue. Recently I had a problem with a review that hadn't pushed over to my Shopify store. Paul from support quickly fixed my issue and wrote back to let me know. Once I have the need to upgrade, I will definitly continue to use Yotpo!
