So far so good. The app was relatively easy to install. There was a huge jump in price from the basic to the premium so we didn't do it. Now, there isn't pricing listed for premium, you have to call them. Not smart. I liked the idea of premium because it included the option of posting reviews to facebook - now we can do this using KIT. So, Yotpo is great for the basic program, I recommend it highly. I don't see why you would want to opt for the unknown priced premium package.

Feb from Yotpo came through on so many customizations and integrations on my website! I tried doing certain modifications myself, but had issues with my theme. Feb was beyond helpful and was able to fix everything for me in until 24h. Absolutely satisfied with the service. The app has also been generating reviews for us so no complaints!

The customer service i received from Eduardo.R was fast and efficient , he helped with the installing of the widgets because i was having a difficult time with it. I'm really grateful for his patience and his work ethic. I will definitely give a feedback after i see some results.

I have a few issues with it, mostly that it's uncustomisable without spending a LOT of money to upgrade from the free version. It's been fine though, for what it is, and has collected reviews which I'm grateful for.
