I really am so excited about this app. We are a brand new company and establishing trust in our products is HUGE in driving conversions. Trust me- I did this in my last job all manually!! This app is amazing- it compiles everything in one place for your for easy management. We then upgraded our free account and the upgrade IS WHERE THE MOST VALUE IS!!! Seriously. She went above and beyond for me with my lack of technical skills and assisting in installing the code. (She was patient and happy the whole way through). Sending virtual high fives to this one. ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS APP! So many good things to say about it. We used two other review apps that were bad. Expensive and didn't work well at all. We switched to Yotpo and it has so many awesome features and unbelievably good support. You can set up email requests for reviews, customize the look, setup reminders for reviews, and customize the way the reviews come into your site. There are other installations available--all which help to feature what people love about your products.

The support for this app blew me away. We worked with Paulo for setup in the online chat and I have never received better online support anywhere. Helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and walked us through each question that we had. We only had a number because we wanted to use every feature available on the app!

Love the app and the support is superb. I am not tech savvy but it was still very user friendly and what I didn’t understand was handled quickly and efficiently by Yotpo.
