Very nice customer support. Junalou helped me resolve my issue with no extra fluff and confusion. Overall, I'd say Yopto is a well-built platform for importing and acquiring customer reviews. Everything from the dashboard to the widget seems very solid and legitimate. Perfect for bringing customers in with their beautiful review widget. Highly recommend compared to others I've tried.

I transferred my store to a new platform and although the reviews transfer was arduous Yotpo stepped in several times and made the process painless. They did all the heavy lifting, now my hard won 4.95 rating is visible for all to see on my brand new shiny website.

Very good app, works smoothly no issues at all. In mail reviews are very effective and have generated lots of great reviews for my site.

Only negative which is currently making me consider swapping is that SEO rich snippets and commenting are only included in the $400 a month plan. I do feel these should be included in the starter plan, as many other apps do.

I really like this app and, like every busy shop owner, can only check in my time to time to make sure I understand all the bells and whistles of my app and my investment! The folks at Yotpo have always been very responsive and willing to do the "back end" coding that's required to make it work. As well, they can go in and check when I periodically need reassurance. Thanks to your support staff!

Love Yotpo. It really increases conversion rate on the site and has a lot of cool features, like google seller ratings and a facebook review tab.
