Didn’t get a chance to use the app so i contacted customer service to have it removed from my site and Manuel really helped a lot. I hope everyone experiences his great customer service :)
I encountered an issue with reviews not showing up in the product section. I chatted with Nick who was extremely helpful in assisting me with the problem. He was able to fix it. I am very happy with the service

I'm trying out the app for free at the moment.
What surprise me is that customers are able to post their negative reviews (incomplete 1 side story) onto their private social media platforms and there is nth i can do about it. I was under impression if i don't link it to my business's social media page it should be fine but I'm wrong.
If you are testing a product with some negative reviews then be sure to know Yotpo allows your customers to broadcast it to their social media platform to complain only!
There is no chat support, the interface is really unfriendly, i can;t figure out how to change my email message to customers from the panel. This is a great app for what it does but it is very hard to use for some one like me who is a beginner.
We are using this app to send out review emails, and Howell was very helpful answering some questions. Good service!
I don't normally write negative reviews, but I am frustrated beyond belief and I would NOT recommend Yotpo to anyone — friend or foe!!! My customer reviews have not been not showing up on my website for months. I'll give you that you responded to me a couple of times; then, after that, I guess you just decided it would be easier to ignore me and the problem. I see from reading the negative reviews that I'm not the only one. If you ask me, you have the worst customer service on the planet. I can't believe you have the audacity to tell me I should try to contact the developer now — before I post this negative review. Seriously?!? How dare you!?! I did exactly what I was supposed to do for the last two months, you dropped the ball. You don't deserve another chance. I contacted customer service too many times to list. I even tried going through your website, which apparently only wants to deal with me if I'm a 'potential' customer not an 'existing' customer with complaints. I even warned your customer service people that if I didn't hear back I would be switching apps and writing a negative review. So my actions should come as no surprise. What I say to you Mr. App Developer is your company should get their customer service act together!!! My time and my business are just as valuable as yours and if you expect to keep customers you should treat them with the respect they deserve.
Set-up was not real clear but luckily the customer service is top-notch. So far we are very happy with the application.
I haven't started using this app yet, but their customer service is super helpful! Ronel R was able to help answer all my questions and get the widget installed on my website. I will have to hire a developer to help make the reviews look really custom, but so far so good.
