Yotpo: Product Reviews App

We have been using this app since first launched our store and it is absolutely awesome! Their customer service team is amazing. Manny is such a great resource that truly cares about the customer experience. He is very quick at responding and truly has made our experience extremely pleasant. I highly recommend!

I couldn't get my Yotpo reviews to show on my new theme - Albert V resolved this for me - Thank you!

After using YotPo for more than 5 years, we discovered a gap in which no emails were being sent to our customers for more than a two-week period. We were not over our Order Limit during this period. Tried to reach out to YotPo, and began chat with customer service representative. One hour and twenty minutes later, they were still not understanding the issue, and seemed to have little knowledge of their system (at one point, they said that we just created our account "yesterday"). Gave up speaking to them, tried to use the "Contact Support" form and the form did not do anything when you click "Submit". Another customer support representative reached out to us quickly via email, and was able to resolve the issue. We understand that mistakes and glitches can happen, and will keep YotPo in high regard due to the way they responded to the problem, and corrected the errors.

Today I contacted support because our reviews at fajascolombiansale.com were not displaying correctly after a modification on our end. Joian Z helped me and solved the issue super fast! Thank you for the great customer support.

Such excellent and efficient service. Ronel is amazing at helping me out put all the coding in etc. I was struggling and he offered to do it all for me. What a champion. We had to do this as we changed our shopify theme so all the review placements needed to be done again. With regards to review im not sure how our store would obtain all the reviews it has since we started, thanks to Yotpo! Ahh, Nick was brilliant. Thank you Nick and Yotpo! My reviews we not showing up on the backend and Nick talked me that issue AND THEN went above and beyond to solve my other issue of reviews not showing up on my website. Extremely helpful and listened to what I was trying to do and fixed it all very efficiently and professionally. Thank you agian.

This app is fantastic! We've enjoyed all of the features and benefits and love seeing our customer's feedback since 2014. We recently experienced a slight issue and Josephine in tech support handled it swiftly and all was great again. Thanks so much for a great product.

A great app, really helpful staff with fast feedback to help answer problems. My only thing that I would like to see added to the service is the ability to create a QR code to request reviews. This is something that would be helpful for immediate feedback on orders and products.

Easy to use, good moderation. Wish they had some intermediate plans between the '200 reviews requests' and the big custom plans. Seems like the selling reps only want to sell the big customer plans, and don't want to work with us little, but not tiny folks. I will say customer support is top notch, Ronal was prompt and took care of my questions/issue quickly.
