I don't have the patience to sift through all the help articles. Their 24/7 chat service is great and Mark was able to clarify things and get me up and running in no time.
$119 a month in order to be able to upload your reviews from an other platform to multiple products. Not just one time charge but monthly. Waste of time and definitely not worth the money.

DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP! Once you do a mistake, it is done. The app will not fix it anymore. In fact, I have uninstalled the app and it is still running on my website, and I have no idea how is that even possible. Just forget it about it. Completely irresponsible team behind this app.

GREAT customer support by Ronel R!! can't believe I even tried other apps until I found Yotpo! Wasted so much time and now found the perfect app to collect reviews!
Installed the app but needed help to activate the widget in the way that I wanted, which involved inserting code into my store. I requested help and received an initial response asking for access to my store but since then I have heard nothing and no amends have been made to my store. Poor service, wouldn't recommend.

I had some teething problems but the support from Kenneth John was fantastic and it all works seemlesly now

Customer service is terrible and the app is not performing well.
The guidelines are unclear and Customer Service further confuses customers. For the majority of them, are not familiar with their company policies and have language barriers I think. They are super slow and just send out links to clients for you to get by. Becarefull, you might lose money dealing with them, time and energy. They are not helpful at all. I'am not talking about one experience, most of their agents offer poor customers service. Something smell fishy with them. There is no transparency, they are hiding information to people.
