John B was cool, helped me get my widget installed. I see a lot of scary reviews so i will preface and say i'm leaving this based off of the assistance. I hope my experience is good.
Rilu Jane provided excellent customer service, because of the representative I would recommend Yotpo to anyone with an e-commerce business.

if you have tried them out even after you will remove their app from shopify they will send information/emails to your costumers without asking you, - no place on Yotpo to delete account and 7 messages in 4 driftnet channels, -phone, email ,ticket and masanger, are not answered after 48 hours and counting.
unheard of this kind of service - better of with a less smarter system but normal service.
We have filed a compliant with shopify as well.
Mark the support agent was super helpful! He provided a lot of help with publishing the review widget on top of my custom theme. Very professional. Will highly recommend it.
Mark Oliver answered my question in one go. I def recommend this app to anyway who wants to take their business to the next level.
Be very careful when installing this app. It started sending emails to all of my costumers from 90 days ago til now before I even had customised the email.

To try to help our customers generate the most reviews, we offer 200 extra automatic review requests to get them started which can be turned off during installation. Yotpo autonomously chose to send emails to our customers on our behalf before we had even finished setting up the app. We hadn't completed the process yet because we were still vetting whether or not it was a good fit for us. It was very unprofessional of them and I would encourage anyone else considering Yotpo to be tread carefully before installing this app.

After installing this app it immediately goes live, sending out an email to my customers without my permission. This is a huge NO-NO and immediate reason to uninstall it.
