From looking at your support ticket about this issue, we already see significant progress with your Meta integration issue that is caused by a very specific complexity of matching between your Yotpo product catalog and your Meta product catalog.
Please do not hesitate to respond through your support ticket, so we can reach a resolution to your satisfaction.
After over a month of trying to import reviews Wendyle got my case and instantly uploaded my reviews into Yotpo. With out exaggerating I spent over 1 month requesting assistance and not a single person was able to help out. Yotpo needs more reps like Wendyle.
It really makes a difference when support steps in to get things done. Thanks for sharing your experience!
