Good app, does what it's meant to do. Free for most of it, but very limited options/design if you're not paying for it's upgraded plan. Customer service is very good though, Yotpo Albert V is very quick & proactive to help solve my problems faced with the app.
Great app. Angelo really helped me to set up the widget in my website. Was also super responsive and answered all the emails quickly
I have been using this app for a while but contacted Yotpo Support for the first time, today. Yotpo Support was great; they were responsive, informative and cheerful. I had a great experience.
So far so good! Lots of very slick features. There are a few places where they are automatically doing things I'd prefer they ask my permission or preferences for, but nothing catastrophic. All around a solid app.
I haven't used the app yet, but while setting it up I had issues with the code automatically installing. Jeorge was a great help, he sent me pictures and a preview to see what the review widget look like since he had to manually do the code for me. Overall good customer service during my initial experience with Yotpo Reviews.

Since my initial review was posted, I feel like Yotpo's team stepped it up and came through for me. I was almost immediately contacted, received numerous apologies, and within a couple of days my issues were resolved. In light of this, I changed my star rating because we all make mistakes and I'm willing to give someone the benefit of the doubt, and concede to the fact that mine may have been an isolated incident. It's what we do with the mistakes that counts, and I feel Yotpo's customer service team handled things very professionally. Thanks Yotpo!

The customer support with this company is some of the worst I've ever encountered. I'm having trouble installing the app and after NUMEROUS emails back and forth, they are unable to give me a solution to the problem. I have tried asking for a phone conversation, which I suspect would take care of everything in 5 minutes, but no one calls. Instead I get cryptic emails telling me to take steps that I've already told them I've taken, and/or asking me to take steps without providing instruction on how to do so. It's been infuriating. While I know that many others have written positive reviews and undoubtedly haven't had issues installing, just beware that should you encounter any kind of problem and need support, you won't get it.
Today, when we needed help and support, we connected immediately with Arven S. who was absolutely diligent and wonderful. I have had experience in the past where it took forever to connect with a representative, and when we did connect, Yotpo was not at all able to offer the support we needed (the Yotpo subscription options fell off after we upgraded the theme for our website and no one at Yotpo was able to help us with this.). It was super disappointing. Our website hasn't been able to offer subscriptions because of this. I've never forgotten that. Today, my interaction with Arven was stellar. Thank you so much for this!! I wish Yotpo could offer this level of support more consistently. We would be more loyal to Yotpo.
Overall pretty good - reached the max on my plan very quickly so was a bit confused when I reached the max again quickly on the next plan up, but had it explained by customer service clearly and quickly. Will continue to use.
Just started using the app, that's why I only gave it 4 stars, but so far so good and I love the chat feature, takes the stress out of not knowing if you will be able to reach someone for assistance. Mary Ann was a great help!
Have only just installed the app, so far, so good. Ronel was very helpful with queries when setting up. Dropped review to 4 stars...it seems I skipped a step upon set-up to automatically send review requests to my past orders (I.e. those prior to integrating Yotpo). Eunice was so helpful, stuck with me and arranged for the past order review emails to be sent. It took 3 weeks for the root of the problem to be identified and resolved. I feel either the instructions need to be clearer, or there needs to be the option to send them mails once someone has set up their account so that if the step has been accidentally missed, someone can go back and send them mails. (I must note I am on the free account, for now)
