YotPo has been great! Customer feedback has been integral in identifying who really loves our products and how we can improve our customer experience. The Yotpo team even helped me install some of the code when I changed a Shopify theme. Thanks!

I find it very useful to get the reviews from customers but i do get emails to remind me there are ones waiting to be updated but there are not any as i update them according to receiving them otherwise very good

The app is easy to use and does what it's supposed to. Most of all, help is a click away. I had a couple of features that I wanted to turn on and chatted with John G. He was able to get those features implemented in seconds. He also suggested a few other features that I think will be great for my site. He was very helpful and efficient. I have used other apps where, although the app may be good, the service is not there. This is certainly an app that has both.
