The customer experience with this app is wonderful! Junalou from their support team has been so helpful with answering my questions quickly and accurately. It is clear that they care about their customers and providing the best service possible.

The app itself is so-so and too expensive. But I received great customer support from Rehnant who helped me immensely.

Jo is super helpful in helping me installe the app to a new theme, same as other 2-3 Yotpo customer service staffs that I asked help for. I'm very nice and instructed me to work out a solution to my question.

Allen has been very helpful. He's fixing stuff, and it's helpful not to have to hire a developer to do things, like center the stars on our product pages. We've been using Yotpo for 3-4 years, and it's been great.

I love everything about this app, its a must on a website to give your site some credibility. I struggled to get it all set up but the support was beyond my expectations and the look of it on the site is perfect. The ease to use and manage plus all the features... wish I had found it sooner. Couldn't recommend it enough!!!
