This app is such a huge part of our growth and success. Plus, the customer service is amazing. Any time that we have needed help, they have quickly replied and also taken extra time to help with our needs.

Yotpo is terrific. Too many apps in the marketplace, but this one is definitely a must. Additionally they have an ecosystem of complimentary apps that to my knowledge are also much needed to grow your store

I contacted Yotpo as a number of our reviews were not appearing on our website. Michelle was quick to respond and explained why this was happening. I was then able to provide her with what she needed to populate them on our site which meant 21 more great reviews! It would be great if I could stop reviews going against our monogramming options at the outset as I think I may well have to go back to Yotpo for further support.

UPDATE 2022: Best app! Plus their customer service is great, Kenn was super fast and helpful today. Love this app! I've had it on my website for a long while now. I only had one problem with it recently and it was resolved smoothly, thanks Annie. A must have on your store!

great reviews app, flexbile and the free plan does most of what you're looking for. really good customer service and sasha was great at solving our issues importing our old reviews. thanks yotpo!

Can I give zero stars? The worst. I really had a bad experience with Yotpo. Their platform is extremely clunky to use and I don't recommend using them. You want to use another platform because Yotpo will really slow your website down. They're just not made to really work well with Shopify. They're probably going to say in the reply 'yes we are!'. No. They're not.

Really poor customer service too. They're super unfriendly. We were told a lot of untruths by Yotpo that resulted in a $1200 payment being taken from our account - even though we had cancelled months prior. So, if you're a small business and don't want to lose money to an unsupportive company - seriously... look somewhere else.

Go with a company that will integrate with your newsletter software, won't slow your website down and get you penalised by Google. This is really important for your growth as a business.

Also, Yotpo are being left behind by their competitors. Important to note again with Google - you want Google seller reviews. These are very useful for sales. Yotpo does not offer a good option for this.

You have been warned.
