Great customer support. It's one thing if the app works, but if there's an issue (or user error) and you need help, there has to be good customer support. Yotpo has that - they respond quickly through chat and are have helped me figure things out whenever needed.

Rovi gave me great support when I raised a ticket with Yotpo. Great app, does a good job in getting and publishing reviews on our website. Can recommend!

Responded to my enquiry straight away with a solution. Reymond was very helpful. I would prefer yotpo over loox as yotpo looks more professional on the website and and they have more features like questions and answers people can go through. making it like a social forum on the product.
