this is by far one of my favorite apps in the shopify market. I love the customization to match your store's theme and how people can write the review straight from their email rather than redirecting them to another site. I highly recommend this app!

Ronel R was so incredibly assistive. I had a very detailed query and he understood my questions immediately and provided a sufficient resource to resolve my problem.

App works great and customer support very good. Changed themes and could not get reviews into new theme. Contacted support and issue was resolved within minutes.

You can't get wrong with Yotpo! Look at all the biggest ecom they all use Yotpo Review. The customer service is amazing, I wanted to make a few changes involving coding and they replied immediately and made the changes. 100% recommend!

So far so good - easy to install and the Support team were able to answer all my questions immediately on live chat. Looking forward to the reviews starting to come in.
Update: I have now upgraded to the Growth plan. The app is not always 100% intuitive, however Support is excellent. Nick S really helped me today.

Update - I wanted the reviews widget adding to the home page (and deleting from Product page). Allen M was immensely helpful and did the work for me, very quickly.

Yotpo Product Reviews have amazing customer service. Very helpful and easy to get ahold of. I'm happy with their service.
