First off, I used to HATE Yotpo. I used another sales platform and did not like the way it was difficult for customers to leave reviews. Once we switched to Shopify, Jack from Yotpo reached out and was able to fix the issues and concerns. He pointed me to Josephine E. who did an OUTSTANDING job in transferring my reviews from the other platform to Shopify and the response time was ridiculously fast. She even went above and beyond with helping me put the right information into the spreadsheets. I HIGHLY recommend Yotpo. Their integration was easy enough for me to input codes and I know very little about coding and the changes showed up within hours.

I'm currently testing multiple review tools. I ended up installing another review app that is localized to my market. Yotpo gives the free version up to 50 order per month that is a great starting point for small businesses.

Phenomenal customer server & easy to use! I had an issue with install, but Sheen, from CS, helped install it within minutes. Hoping this helps provide social proof!

YOTPO has been a game changer for our business. Managing, promoting and utilizing customer feedback has been streamlined and enhanced with this application. The customer service is second to none and while it is pricy... it is worth it if you are committed to growing your business online where customer reviews are EVERYTHING.
