Downloaded the app to check if it's the right fit, however didn't end up installing. Without asking anyone to do so, this app sent unedited blank review requests to almost 100 customers last night. Absolutely fuming.

To try to help our customers generate the most reviews, we offer 200 extra automatic review requests to get them started. That said, we understand this doesn't work for everyone. Please know our team is aware and taking this into consideration as we continue to build out our product roadmap.

Yotpo absolutely the best in the reviews game. Don't waste your time with any other app. Also, Radly E was super helpful in the chat. Helped us make some setting changes quickly and even provided us the information about how it was done so we can do it ourselves in the future.
Interface is cluttered, and the software was constantly buggy. When issues came up, support didn't seem to know what was going on and wasn't helpful. Didn't seem like they cared at all.
Price is very high, and order caps are low. If it was totally bug-free and functional, and support was awesome, we'd pay the price, but it's just not worth it for us.

Our pricing model is flexible and is available on our website and in your Yotpo admin. For our Growth plans (up to 800 orders per month) you can choose from packages ranging from just $19 up to $249 a month. Thanks again for your feedback!
So far, this app is great and I expect to continue using it on my Shopify store. On a personal note, the Yotpo Growth Support Hero 'Eric A.' was EXCELLENT! He was able to answer all of my questions, resolve all of my issues, and provide all of the information I needed to get the app working correctly! He always got back to me and went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved. I highly recommend this app!

Good product with great functionality. The price ramps up quite quickly though.
Yotpo - for me the best social review plugin. Why? Because it is the easiest one for the clients to rate - just one click and done. So I improved my conversion rates of getting reviews - and these improved my conversion rates of selling my hypnosis cds. I love it.
Just started using Yotpo and have been really impressed with it's functionality. I had to bring existing reviews in from another review app and Caroline was absolutely fantastic in helping me get reviews imported and styled correctly in my store. Thanks Yotpo!
Yotpo is a must. It's the easiest review app to use for your store, installation wise, and their feature of a 2-week followup to customers with a reminder to write a review has been *super* effective. They also have other features you can turn on/off, like recommended products. My one hickup with this app has been posting reviews to social media, and the only reason it loses a star is because they make it such a big deal that you SHOULD be able to do that/are encouraged to do that. But as just a review app for the website, recommended.
