I didn't expect such a great service today, given that it's the weekend. Ian Christian quickly checked for additional help after understanding my questions and connected me with Ruzsel John. Ruzsel took me through all the details via Google Meet. Great English skills. Perfect communication. Clear explanations. It saved me probably many hours of trying to resolve my question on my own. A great thank you !

Wendyle is amazing! I got some questions about importing and exporting the reviews, she supported me from the start to the end, and fixed everything I encountered. And she is super efficient in fixing my problems. This is the type of support we all need as a brand owner.

*Update: I had some new questions about exporting and importing reviews, and Ruzsel J and Doner assisted me for the last two times. They did an amazing job, fixing my issue very quickly. They were knowledgeable, provided all the information I needed, and offered fast and straightforward support.

Ruzsel John has truly made my day with his exceptional support and understanding. From the moment I reached out with my concerns, Ruzsel took the initiative to ask me to screenshare, which was a first for me. This proactive approach allowed him to dive deeply into the issues I was facing.

During the screenshare, Ruzsel was able to quickly identify and diagnose several problems that had been troubling me. These included a persistent issue with a double star rating appearing on each product page, a problem where the store reviews were not displaying correctly on the website, and a technical glitch where the website domain on Yotpo was still showing the Shopify string, even though my primary domain on Shopify was set correctly.

Ruzsel’s efficiency and dedication were evident throughout our session. He worked diligently and with a level of care that went beyond my expectations. The speed with which he addressed and resolved these issues left me feeling incredibly elated with the results.

I genuinely wish all customer service agents could exhibit the same level of understanding and concern for the functionality of the Yotpo brand as Ruzsel does. His exceptional support has not only resolved my immediate concerns but also greatly improved my perception of the Yotpo app. I now feel a renewed sense of peace with the plan and am even considering investing in additional features, thanks to Ruzsel’s clear demonstration of how Yotpo can effectively meet my needs.

Before interacting with Ruzsel, I was on the brink of giving up on using the app altogether. However, his assistance has restored my faith in Yotpo, and I now feel more confident and optimistic about continuing to use it. His help has been invaluable, and I am sincerely grateful for the difference he has made.

Their customer service was extremely responsive and helpful to our brand's situation! They walked me through the steps I needed to take to syndicate our reviews between different SKUs and I was able to do it quickly and easily. They even provided links for additional help and were able to access pages I could not access from my brand's subscription.

Kelsey and the Yopto team have gone above and beyond to make sure my onboarding was figured out.

In the beginning there were some hiccups, but now that we are rocking and rolling I am seeing my reviews conversion go up significantly from Junip.

So far, very pleased!

We had a terrible experience. The whole platform was buggy for us and it took forever to get things done. The final straw was that emails for reviews post purchase just stopped going out with no explanation. We switched to a new provider and got 3 reviews in the first hour (while not getting any in 30 days on yotpo.)
