Arven was great with customer service overall love the app
I had an issue with exporting my reviews, but Mitch from customer support helped me with my situation really well and I look forward to using this platform.
I have to say the support is absolutely first class. I had some real issues, mainly down to my lack of understanding and dev skills to be honest. But all was fixed with in a matter of half an hour... A huge shout out and thankyou to Joian Z!! was backwards and forwards on my behalf on a Saturday morning... Fantastic support.

Highly recommend. And I received great support and ongoing assistance from Daniel when I hit trouble migrating reviews across to Yotpo. All successfully done now. Very happy to be fully on Yotpo!
