Update, I keep trying to get them to resolve the issue of the reviews not populating into the product reviews app. Continue to lose sales because of lack of social proof.

App is great when it works and you have a native free shopify theme, however the support speed is lacking. I will update my review once my issues are resolved.

For one, there is a discrepancy between the Yotpo orders and actual orders placed in my shopify, I have no way of knowing which orders have been sent emails.

I've asked a time sensitive email twice to their support, and have been now waiting over 36 hours for a response.

It seems the response time for questions is 24-48 hours, which is rather slow considering orders are being place through our shopify stores at all hours of the day.

Horrible customer service, horrible response, they blocked me from all social pages, they charged me after I cancelled the account, I had to call and cancel again and they promised it was cancelled and acted like I was the moron. I'm still getting emails saying I'm going to get charged overages etc because I've exceeded my limit. HELLO I CANCELLED MY F@#$%$# ACCT and uninstalled the stupid app. You Morons get your ASDFASDGASDF$TW$RT together!!!! YOUR APP SUCKS YOU WANT $300 A MONTH TO DO WHAT Product Reviews by Shopry will do and do BETTER for just $30. Do not use this app. use Shopify Reviews and then install SHOPRY Product Reviews Addon App. It's $30 instead of $300, they have great customer service unlike these jerks and they have more robust features. YOU SUCK YOTPO YOU FREAKIN SUCK!!!

Wouldn't recommend to anyone! Over priced and now my widget isn't even working and no one is fixing it.
I could se maybe paying $100 a month NOT BILLED annually but $699 is absurd!

I used this app for two yeras trying to get reviews. My atore was havi g performance issues and a SEO audit discovered that it addS block of information that conflicts with google search. Reach them several times, they could not offer a solution. If you appreciate your business, DON’T install it, you will regret it

looks good , but very expensive , too expensive this is $360 a year at least. Shopify themes have this built in for free, not sure why i would want to use this as it does not seem to get more people to leave reviews. Stuck with them for 2 years horrible customer service, not much to say

Terrible app. We used them until we reached their limit, then we cannot have any more reviews and have to move to their Premium plan, which is ~$7000/year. It's so ridiculous, almost bait and switch kind of practice. No thanks, we would rather use an app that has transparent pricing and do not use this kind of practice.

Works fine until it doesn't. Won't send automatic reviews as it suppose to do and you will find out about it a few months after. Happened several times and their support is absolutely the worst. The first time they said "it was a bug and will not happen again" then, happens again!! You'll wait for hours on the chat, then they won't resolve it for days until you ask to speak with a manager. Paid $200 a month for a service that didn't work properly and now finally switching. Every "add on" costs more and it just doesn't worth it. There are new and cheaper solutions now out there, go with them.

Not very pleased with the auto post functionality. We have reviews that have not been moderated being posted on google. I would like to remove it and the help is almost non-existent.

BEWARE! I don't usually leave such bad reviews but yotpo deserves it. I added yotpo reviews to my store just after I started my store 1 year ago. Since then, I've had thousands of product reviews added through Yotpo! Great right? No.

I'll admit, I like that yotpo emails my customers automatically after 14 days, requesting their product review which then goes live on my product pages.

My BIGGEST issue is that yotpo's reviews do not show in google (rich snippets).

Rich snippets are important to show potential customers in google search, google shopping etc. a product's star rating and number of customer reviews. To get access to rich snippets with yotpo, you're asked to sign up for their 'pro plan'.

Their pro plan is $4,788 per year. I just want rich snippets! I've asked if they can just add rich snippets, but they don't offer 'a la carte pricing'. Pretentious much?

Guess what? Shopify's original review app offers rich snippets. There are also 3rd party apps that work with Shopify's review app that email your customers automatically after 14 days, asking for their review. This review is then added to Shopify's original review app and shown live on your store.

That's great news, right? I'll just export my yotpo reviews and import them into Shopify's reviews app. Who needs yotpo? Well NOPE! Despite being told yotpo's reviews will upload to Shopify's original reviews app without trouble, yotpo's CSV format is completely different to Shopify's.

This leaves me stuck with using crappy yotpo without rich snippets. Don't make my mistake - stick with Shopify's original review app.

Horrible customer service!!!!!!

I really liked this app and was happy with the performance until I needed support. I have emailed support nearly 6 times over the last 3 days and received one response but when needed clarification has not responded.

I am super bummed as now I will have to migrate away from this app when it really didn't need to happen. None of my reviews are showing correctly and I can't get any real time help ie. phone, chat or email. Phone calls go to voice mail where you are told your call won't be returned. There isn't a chat option and emails to support are not returned.

Someone in the know could probably fix my issue in 5 minutes if they had a responsive support option.

If you choose this app just cross your fingers you don't need any help in the future.
