We are using Yotpo to generate product and site reviews on a couple of online stores of our clients. Yotpo not only helps us to generate reviews but also helps to get additional sales coming from auto-response emails.
They have a very responsive and helpful support team in case any help is needed. P.S.

We just installed the reviews widget and the star reviews. We love it so far. Customer service team has been very responsive and great to work with.

Really easy to use. Love watching the reviews roll in and getting feedback from the ones who have purchased and are using our photoshop tools. Having an online presence kind of disconnects you from your audience and this app is awesome for finding out what they really think. It was easy to install and i loved the coupons options for reviews. I love how it integrates with Facebook and Twitter automatically. The tracking info is also very nice and on a free app, I can't believe what it can do for you. We love this app. Just give it a try.

The Yotpo support team is wonderful! There were a few things I couldn't connect with my Shopify store and Sheen was super helpful in getting it done. You definitely need a little bit of coding skill for this app and luckily their team is great.

Getting Yotpo set up was efficient and quite simple to do. Simoun was incredibly helpful with onboarding and getting set up !

Recomiendo esta aplicacion, ya que es muy completa en cuanto a funcionalidades. Pero considero que es un poco dificil de instalar.
De todos modos, la asistencia es genial, te ayudan en instalar todo y dejan el widget funcionando.
