Great for Free, but if you want to do anything really with it, it is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! It is not a tool a small business owner could afford to purchase, especially, when you have no idea if it would really make that much of a difference posting your reviews to your social media account.

Why not offer a free trial on premium for a month so people can see if it's worth the expense? Not only that, also offer a monthly payment plan? But then $500 a month is still pretty ridiculous.

Put a chat request in and had a person within minutes! Doner P. was amazing and fixed my issue and it now works the way I want! Kudos Doner!

Be careful when you install, Yotpo will automatically start sending orders VS taking you through a setup process where you can customise how customers will receive reviews etc...

Before I knew it a day had passed and the platform had already sent 80% of my monthly quota within a day. I sell products that need more time to review vs. their 14-day default flow. Not the greatest start for those businesses that have a backlog of orders requiring reviews.

When you install make sure you go straight to the left-hand navigation and find "Review Request Flow" and deactivate the 14-day post-process flow they automatically start on your behalf. To do this, navigate to the three horizontal dots, left-click and hit the 'deactivate' button. The flow will stop and then you can customise what you need to customise.

I know the platform will be great yet I find it strange it just starts sending reviews without a user setup process.

Has tons of potential, but only for the companies that can afford $399+ a month. The free version is lacking in features and does not really compare to other free review apps. The next level up for $25 a month adds almost nothing extra. The account you really want is the Powerhouse+, because it honestly is great for new content and really putts your reviews to work. BUT the PRICE. $699 a month!!!

Great UI and tons of potential, but not ideal for DIY'ers just starting out. There are other options out there with similar features for $30-$100 month. Good luck everyone.
