Do not use the review app especially if you are using SMS. the SMS Review requests will send to half of your customers at 3 am in the morning waking them up and leaving them disgruntled. There is no way to change the specific time settings either. When speaking to customer support they didn't seem to want to know about it. I had then asked for a refund due to their app not being able to do what is required and they have said they can not and will not process a refund. I have come across an app called judge.me and it is far better, the customer service is top tier and extremely helpful and they are only $15 per month.

For the price it's not worth it. There are other apps that offer everything this one does and more at half the price of even their lowest plan. I signed up for a pro plan and I still couldn't remove their logo from the review .

Jeorge Kenneth V helped me and patiently explained everything i had doubts about. Great service and in general great times of response.
Very easy to set up. Just a few issues with the placement of the star rating and deleting our old review app. But Jo and James helped us very quickly. The whole set up was very smooth, and the app looks great on our site!

Great support right off the bat! I accidentally uploaded our list from another app twice, and Jeorge helped me with correcting the mistake. In addition, Jeorge helped remove some special character errors which were preventing a proper upload. The back end of the app alos looks great with tons of features. We're excited to make this move to Yotpo Reviews!
I've recently downloaded the Yotpo app to enhance my customer reviews. I had some difficulty adding the star review to display to exactly where I wanted it on the product page, but received fantastic help from Eduardo R - he was so quick to respond and was able to resolve the issue for me right away. Now my star ratings are displayed prominently and it looks awesome. Super happy with my experience with Yotpo so far :) I also received great help from Eunice with another query. Super quick to respond and fantastic customer service. Thank you.
Easy to use but its not cheap if you have 500 orders in a month the price is 199 dollars/ month. If you have more than 500 orders in a month you have to talk the sales team... wonder what that price tag will be??
