Just installed and tested it. Works great! Connected it to my FB page and the review posted seamlessly. My store isn't launched yet, but I look forward to users being able to post reviews with this tool!
I just wish some of the advanced features were available at a lower price. Support has been helpful though (if a little bit slow). Dani

Just installed and getting amazing instant chat support from Paulo. He's helping me import my old reviews which was one of my concerns when switching over. I love the fact that this app went back to my last 200 orders and got reviews right away for me. So far so good!

I don't have the patience to sift through all the help articles. Their 24/7 chat service is great and Mark was able to clarify things and get me up and running in no time.
$119 a month in order to be able to upload your reviews from an other platform to multiple products. Not just one time charge but monthly. Waste of time and definitely not worth the money.

Love the service so far - we've gotten more reviews in the week that we've been using it than we did in the two years previously with our old software. My one complaint is that the growth plan seems to leave out a few key features that are in line with other features that are offered. It feels like an attempt to up-sell you to the premium plan. I could be wrong about that, but when I asked for clarification from the Yotpo employee who helped us onboard, I never heard back.
