Fantastic app with top-notch after-service! We encountered a few issues, but the support rep, Ruzsel John, was superb and helped us resolve everything seamlessly.

5 stars for support. Vien was particularly responsive and informative. Could do with a few more features that would make tracking easier and more user friendly navigation.

Vien Saints did an amazing job with customer support. We were able to share our collaborator code through Shopify and he was able to hop on and get all of the backend stuff done to fix some minor issues and I didn't have to lift a finger. Can't speak highly enough about my customer service experience with Yotpo!
