Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

Totally satisfied with customer service and ease of use. Each time it only takes a few min to jump on a text support and they do a good job at fixing the bugs and answering questions.

We started out with the basic version of the YotPo app and upgraded to premium after a couple of months once we realized how powerful the reviews are. The automation is excellent. The only downside is that to use ALL of the features we would have to upgrade our plan yet again.

I spoke with Daniel today and he went above and beyond to help me. It took over 2 hours to get everything the way I wanted it and he did it all. I would highly recommend them and not use anyone else. Ty,,,TY,,,TY,,, I needed some things tweaked a little and they were so helpful with making it look the way I wanted. Love the look! TY :) They were such a great help! Spoke with Nick S today and helped answer all my questions. So professional. What a pleasure also James Edmar C...TY :) Great job!

Of all the apps in the entire shopify app store, this is by far one of the best I've used. It serves it's purpose wonderfully and integrates very easily with your site. Not to mention, our customers have responded well to our requests for reviews. Great product, and a must have for your e-commerce business.
