Mitch was extremely helpful in getting our reviews on our site when I couldn’t figure out how to get them in the right spot myself!

I honestly cannot believe I had this app for free for almost 10 years, it kept sending review requests and I didn't even pay much attention until recently I redesigned my website. I had Yotpo reconnected and finally got a chance to dive deeper into this app. Reymon was so helpful, and was able to complete my request (when it was still on the free plan) before signing up for the starter plan for some additional features. 5 stars, keep up with the great work!
