Excellent app .. very easy to instal .. best bit is customers can just write their review within the email they receive .. no need for them to go anywhere else... makes your whole store transparent with reviews by real customers... have problem with the coupons though hope that gets fixed soon.

Raphael from customer service is a real rockstar. Fantastic customer service. He made sure that all my issues get resolved and all questions get answered. When I was stuck with installing app widgets, he helped me with that as well before I could even say 'please'. My reviews were not being displayed on my product pages. Reached out to customer service and received a quick response. Simoun checked on the issue and fixed it right away. As always, great customer service!!

Yotpo user here for several years now, just love it! And their customer service support is EXCELLENT. Special mention to Howell who helped me import old reviews from previous site . I tried to use another review app, but went back to Yotpo. Reliable customer service and doesn't disappoint. truly recommend this. thank you so much
