Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

Great app, and great customer support. Particularly like the fact that it is compatible with Google reviews, and all the additional add-ins which will become handy as we grow.

The free version is great for the beginning. I use this app on https://www.abeauty.ro and I plan to buy a plan, but I don`t need all features and they seem pretty expensive.

The service James provided was excellent. He knows what he is talking about and helped me navigate a stressful issue we were having with our reviews.
I would highly recommend Yotpo as an app for generating reviews and also James from the service department.

So this is my second review and this time it was Sheen who helped me. Again, easy communication and everything is done in super quick time. Awesome work and again would recommend every time. Thanks Sheen. The first time I had to use the support team, I spoke to Kenn who was also awesome. It was easy communication, he understood what I wanted and had it done in a flash. I have been impressed with Yotpo ever since I started using them and was worried that I had bitten off more than I could chew with my latest update but Kenn stepped in to save the day. Well done guys. Thanks.

Over the last 3 days I contacted the customer service every day and they have been super fast every time, didn't have to wait and they resolved all my issues in a fast manner. And I am on the free plan so I appreciate it even more. I've continued to have great service from team, including Yotpo Radly, who improved the appearance on the stars widget on our site! Thank you.

This *IS* the best App on Shopify right now. Seamless integration, incredible ease of use and HUGE value to our business. I can't say enough good things about Yotpo and what they've built. Bravo!

I am updating my review, and from 2021 to now this app has still been outstanding. Great app, works so well, and the customer service is excellent.

This is a wonderful app and must have in your store. But it sometimes irritates in slower connections. The better thing in it is that it is very SEO friendly. Yotpo is the must have app for all shopify stores. The best feature is auto posting of reviews to facebook and twitter. I love this.
