Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

I love Yotpo, ive used their software when I was with bigcommerce and it was the first app I installed when I moved my site to Shopify. Gimbert and Jeorge, the yotpo representatives, were able to help me migrate all my reviews to my new website on shopify and they was extraordinary. They made the entire experience seamless. I am forever grateful.

There was an issue in displaying the review. Manny from Yotpo helped me in time and fixed the issue. Super Fast Support. Loved the app

The customer service is very patient and I asked a lot. Reply is very fast and simple, effectively solved my problems.

I LOVE this app! It works very well! The only down side is I had to have my web guy install it (for $100) :-( Would be nice if it was a click to install :-)

I really like this app and, like every busy shop owner, can only check in my time to time to make sure I understand all the bells and whistles of my app and my investment! The folks at Yotpo have always been very responsive and willing to do the "back end" coding that's required to make it work. As well, they can go in and check when I periodically need reassurance. Love Yotpo. It really increases conversion rate on the site and has a lot of cool features, like google seller ratings and a facebook review tab.
