Amazing app, easy to install and super thorough backend with many features to entice customers to review. Great customer service made it easy to import reviews from Amazon. But, their pricing model is crazy! I'm the kind of person that feels developers should be paid for making great apps, but they make it very difficult to do so. The free version offers about 95% of what I need, the first tier paid version adds the ability to comment on reviews, which would be a great to have, but costs over $100 per month! This is almost double what I pay Shopify, I wish they'd offer a $20 per month, or maybe even $30, I'd do it right away.

UPDATE: They now offer a $30 per month version, awesome!!!

I would say this app is a must-have for every e-commerce store. The reviews tool via customers' email client is very easy to use, and we get a lot of customers leaving reviews. It's created a virtuous cycle for us -- happy customers like to share their experience. This app makes it easy for them to do just that. The Reviews tab on our site (and page) gives us credibility with first-time visitors, and product reviews help drive sales.

This should be a no-brainer.

I woked with Junalou, one of their support agents on an issue I was having. He dove in and had it fixed in just a few minutes, fantastic service!

This app works exactly as described. Customer service is great when I run into any issues! I worked with Warly last time, who helped me very efficiently.

I have to give this app a 5 star, I was so confused and frustrated not remembering how to use the app since i haven’t been on there for awhile the agent Jo Lorenz was so patient trying to figure out the issue the agent go above and behind to help me finally the issue was resolved. The agent also added my reviews to the new theme i'm updating, thank you so much. I definitely gonna look in to upgrade my account with you guys

Excellent customer support! I changed the theme of my store and the app wouldn't automatically install to my new theme properly. Support came and manually edited the code to make it work. Thanks again!

I love this app, it works great.
Support is also excellent. I just chat with agent Ed and he quickly resolved my problem.
