I contacted Yotpo because I didn't realize the app was uninstalled. I had a few questions about setting my account up. So, I decided to chat with them. Rep Radly assisted me instantly. He was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Yotpo!
app works as described, easy to set up and outstanding after-sales technical support (thank you Noren)
There are functionnalities that I wish we could have directly on the plateform, but the support team can do a lot on their end so don't hesitate to ask for help. Kenneth was a great help with me, I would recommand.

Yotpo is a really nice app for collecting reviews. We have been using it for a year now and just upgraded bc we were maxing out at 50 every month. Jenny was super helpful in installing the code for us, and helping us add features and answer questions. We like how this integrates with Shopify, Ping, and Facebook.
