The support is very reactive. Solved a problem in a very fast timeline so we can merge our older reviews.

I recently started using this app. And the Yotpo team has went above and beyond to help me understand and set everything up! They reply right away and are so patient and helpful! Couldn’t be happier with this app!

The customer service from Ronel was superb, really quick and to the point, allowed me to review our subscription with easy to follow prompts, cannot fault the service.

Donald was great and helpful that's why I said 5 stars. But your platform needs some work due to customers not receiving reviews by email.

There are functionnalities that I wish we could have directly on the plateform, but the support team can do a lot on their end so don't hesitate to ask for help. Kenneth was a great help with me, I would recommand.
