I have moved to this app after trying a few others for reviews and not only is this app a lot more affordable for me as a small-scale business, but it is also so much easier to use and the customer support has been fantastic.

Orly was amazing at helping me sort out the widgets. Great customer service and great app! Makes it very easy for customers to review products.

Orly P was great in helping me. Good customer support. He was great at coaching me and providing the correct direcitons.

Speedy response by Donald. The app was glitching with an update on the theme and it was promptly fixed.

Jeorge from customer service was great, very helpful team. Have just started using Yotpo but so far so good. I did have to manually install this as our theme (debut) wasn't compatible with the auto-install, but was still easy with their instructions.

Love it! Easy to install and use.

Changed from another App to Yotpo and found it much more powerful. Love the "verfied buyer" and "verified reviewer" status and the fact that you can push the reviews to social media.

The fact that on installation it automatically emailed review requests to customers who had order previously was a nice surprise. Didn't realise until the reviews started coming in from customers who had ordered several weeks ago.
