Using Yotpo will have been able to achieve all the features we wanted for the client, but also the customer service has been exceptional. John G who helped us was very attentive and helpful no matter how small or big the issue was. Greatly appreciate it ^^

Yotpo product ratings don't appear on our search/collections pages, nor can we add our email address as the sender email. We haven't received the verification email to confirm it, and Yotpo's support right now is non-existent.
Expect to wait multiple days for a reply, only to be disappointed when they send back the same canned response.
For how much they charge, the support should be far better, and I think we're going to look for something else.

Update review.
Our reviews were duplicated when the Yotpo team imported our reviews from Stamped, and they don't have an easy way to hide duplicate reviews. Also, instead of sending reviews for orders as they came in - Yotpo's system retroactively sent emails for older orders (from six months ago) and used up all of our order limits for the month in one shot.

Now, speaking of excellent user experiences, gotta mention, "John G" from customer service. We've had our fair share of chat conversations with the customer service team, but John G. stands out with his patience and dedication. His ability to not just hear, but really listen to our issues made all the difference. We had the task of importing 100+ reviews. He patiently guided us through the entire process, ensuring everything went smoothly. And bonus points for taking the extra step of directing us to utilize features we were completely unaware of! Some other agents fell short here, but John G. was a game-changer.
I was able to get the reviews widget installed without any difficulty. I had quite a bit of trouble getting the reviews tab to show on my home page. It didn't come up as an option in Shopify despite multiple installation attempts. I was able to connect with Doner on the support team who was very knowledgable and was quickly able to resolve the problem on the back end. Much appreciate the timely customer support and quick resolution of this problem.
