Although I'm new to Yotpo (Day 1) I just have to say I'm loving it already. I had the pleasure of getting Donald U. on support chat and he helped me for such a long time going above and beyond. He even helped me via video chat fix a glitch in some custom code. We use this app to get customer reviews. When we were not ready to utilize a feature that Yotpo provides, a friendly guru quickly assisted us with removing it.

Really helpful customer service to get my growth plan started, no issues making sure that I got the layout and data tracking all ready.

Reinier was super helpful, quick, and knew exactly what I (a novice) was trying to communicate. Live chat feature was great.

I have had a great experience using this app so far. It is easy to use and their customer service is outstanding. I had trouble uploading my previous reviews but Rhenant and Rilu went above and beyond to assist me in making everything work. It is a powerful review app with value well worth its price.

I'm using Yotpo to show reviews in our Shopify Store. I love the features it offers - the website widget, the ability to show 'starts' in the product page, social media shares and more.
Although I started with the Free plan, many of the must-have-features were enabled, and above all, their customer support was very helpful and helped me with a few things I needed. Very recommended!
