Customer service from Ruzsel John was wonderful. Helped me work through a complicated issue quickly.

Great tool - have just added to my site. Really easy to use. Simoun F was super helpful. Two of my reviews had misleading typos on it and Simoun helped me fix them. I've also asked for some help and team member called James is mega helpful! EDIT update: I did something wrong and it was displaying the wrong widget for one of my products (my fault). The team member Rhenant was fab and fixed it for me really quickly. Thanks!! I've contacted the help support a few times (because I'm not technical at all) and have found them all to be 5* and super helpful. Update:

They are fast and efficaces. You can trust them. application is so helpful and it helps costumers to give their comment easily

John B and the Yotpo team were extremely helpful in importing my reviews from our old account to our new account to display on our Shopify store.

The customer support was great and very helpful when I needed help. I needed help with getting my product reviews to show up on product pages and now after getting help it was done

The support is great. I missed a script when trying to load a widget and the support member Kenn quickly pointed it out for me. Thumbs up!

Ronel provided excellent service and did everything possible to work through my challenges. The free plan offers minimal options for customisation, and some things are rather annoying such as a tiny logo in emails and typos in the templates which can't get changed.

I am very happy on app and support. I found some issues changing our shopify theme and I have inmediate response and fixing

Man the customer service is fast. I had nick helping me in less than 3 minutes. then he was done with my request in less than 30. Wow Would recommend on customer service alone. Again a year later Reiner was in to the rescue job completed in less time than it takes me to write this. Thank you sir you are awesome. I changed theme again. Donner to the rescue love these guys
